摘要
目的:对全省市县计划生育指导站化验室的基本情况和技术能力进行调查和分析,探索加强各级计划生育指导站化验室规范化管理和质量管理的措施,以促进技术服务机构整体技术质量的提高。方法:采用重点访谈、普遍问卷调查和质量评估抽查方式。结果:各级机构的管理和技术水平参差不齐,整体水平不高,缺乏有效的质量管理,阻碍技术服务质量提高。结论:对计划生育指导站化验室应加强规范化管理,进行质量控制。
Objective: To strengthen standardized management and quality control for the laboratories in family planning service center by investigating basic status and technology condition. Methods: Keystone reviews, questionnaire survey and quality exampling were used. Results: In general, the management and technology of laboratories in provincial family planning service center are not good and unequally developing. They lack effective quality control. Conclusion: It is necessary to strengthen the standardized management and quality control for the laboratories in family planning service center.
