摘要
目的 :探讨先天性耳前瘘管伴感染 ,特别是迁延性感染伴有较大溃面耳前瘘管的最佳手术时机。方法 :回顾分析 5 5例患者的临床资料。结果 :术后创面均I期愈合且无复发。结论 :于感染期及早彻底切除病灶是最有效、快捷的治疗方法。
Objective: To study the best selection of operation for the congenital preauricular fistula associated with infection included in large ulcer. Method: The clinical data of 55 cases were reviewed retrospectively.Result: All patients recovered from resection of nidi without recurrence. Conclusion: The early and effected operation is a fast and shortcut way to the patients with the congenital preauricular fistula associated with infection.
