摘要
目的 :建立薄层扫描法测定男炎消颗粒中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法 :样品经处理后 ,以苯 醋酸乙酯 甲醇 异丙醇 氨水 (6∶3∶1.5∶1.5∶0 .3)为展开剂 ,测定波长λ =36 5nm。结果 :此方法线性关系良好 ,平均回收率为 98.3% ,RSD =3.15 %。结论 :该方法简便、灵敏、准确 。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Nanyanxiao granules by TLC scanning.Method: The extraction solution of the preparation was analyzed on silica gel G plate, benzene ethyl acetate methanol isopropanol concentrated ammonia solution was used as the developing system, the detecting wavelength was at 365 nm.Result: The linearity of this method was well, the average recovery was 98.3% , RSD = 3.15% .Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive, accurate, and available for quality control of Nanyanxiao granules.
