摘要
目的:观察中成药参附注射液治疗慢性肺心病的疗效。方法:将60例慢性肺心病患者随机分为2组。2组均以泰利必妥、安喘通作基础治疗,治疗组加用参附注射液静脉滴注,对照组加用立其丁注射液静脉滴注。2组均以2周为1疗程。结果:显效率治疗组为76.67％,对照组为53.33％,2组显效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血气分析与治疗前比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),与对照组治疗后比较,差异也有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:参附注射液用于治疗慢性肺心病可获得较为理想的疗效。
<abstract>jective: To observe the curative effect of Shenfu injection (SI) for chronic pulmonary heart disease (CPHD). Methods: 60 cases of CPHD were allocated to 2 groups randomly. Ofloxacin and asmeton were given as basic treatment in both groups, SI was added for intravenous drip in treatment group and regitine was added for intravenous drip in control group. Two weeks constituted as a course of treatment. Results: The markedly effective rate was 76.67% in treatment group and 53.33% in control group(P< 0. 05) . After treatment, the blood gas analysis in treatment group showed markedly significant difference with before treatment ( P < 0. 05) as well as with control group ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: SI possesses an ideal curative effect for CPHD.
