摘要
论述了广州市第八人民医院在收治SARS中的人力资源调配与管理,重点讨论了传染病医院在应对突发重大疫 情时的优势与不足,提出了传染病医院应从5个方面加强人力资源建设,以保证有效地应对突发公共卫生事件。
This paper studied a case of human resource utilization and management during the admission and traet ment of the SARS patients in the Eighth People's Hospitl of Guangzhou. The main focuse of this study is to discuss the strenths and weaknesses in fighting the eruption of a major epidmic for a specialized hospital with communicable disease. At the end, theis paper suggested five approaches that will enhance the construction of human resource in order to effectively meet the requirement of handling unexpected major public health event.
