摘要
该文分析了民族院校教育信息化的外部环境和内在因素与东部院校的差别,对民族院校在教育信息化过程中应用教育技术的方式、措施与经验进行了总结与探讨,并对民族院校应用教育技术的模式进行了探索.
The article analyzed the exterior environment and internal factors of IT educational technology in minority colleges and compared the application of the technology in the colleges in western area with that of those colleges in eastern areas. The author also discussed the mode of the application of educational technology in minority colleges.
