小龙湾粗面岩油藏压裂技术 被引量:3

FRACTURING TECHNOLOGIES IN THE TRACHITE RESERVOIRS IN XIAOLONGWAN

摘要 针对小龙湾粗面岩油藏储层温度和施工压力较高、流体滤失量和沿程摩阻大、启裂泵压和砂堵机率高等压裂施工难点,分别研究了粉砂、油溶性以及液体降滤失剂,认为液体降滤失剂与粉砂/油溶性降滤失剂配合使用,效果最好;针对启裂泵压高的情况,研究了压前酸预处理、小型测试压裂辅助补孔、多脉冲加载破岩启裂等技术;另外还研制了耐高压压裂工具KL65-105型压裂井口、Y422系列深井压裂封隔器等,初步形成了相对比较完整的火山岩压裂配套技术,并在现场进行了大量的推广应用,取得了较好的增产效果。 In fracturing the trachite reservoirs in Xiaolongwan Oilfield, such difficulties exist as higher reservoir temperature and pressure, high fluid filtration and flowing friction, high fracture opening pump pressure and sand blocking possibilities. Such filtrate reducers as silty sand, oil soluble additive and fluid additive were investigated and it concluded that the combination of fluid additive with silty sand and oil soluble additive can achieve the best effect. To solve the problem of high fracture opening pump pressure, such technologies as pre-fracturing acid treatment, assisting mini-fracturing, multi-pulse loading rock breaking and fracturing opening, etc. Meanwhile, high pressure resistant fracturing tools were developed, e.g., type KL65-105 fracturing wellhead, Y422 series deep well frac-packer. A set of fracturing technologies for the volcanic rock reservoirs have been preliminary formed and widely applied in the field, with remarkable stimulation effects achieved.
