摘要
目的探讨女性尿道综合征临床疗效评定的方法。方法对53例女性尿道综合征病人在治疗前后进行国际前列腺症状评分(I-PSS)和生活质量评分(QOL),通过评分来判定临床治疗效果。结果I-PSS和QOL评分能较准确地评价女性尿道综合征治疗的临床效果,两者具有一致性。结论I-PSS和QOL可作为评价女性尿道综合征临床疗效的基本方法,有一定的临床意义。
Objective: To study the management of clinical evaluation curative effect for female urethral syndrome. Methods: I-PSS and QOL were measured in 53 patients before treatment and after, It was curative effect to be analysed. Results: It was found that I-PSS and QOL could evaluate correctly clinical curative effect for female urethral syndrome. Conclusion: I-PSS and QOL are considered as a basic method for evaluating clinical curative effect for female urethral syndrome.
