摘要
目的 研究肝癌病例中心癌组织、边缘癌组织、癌旁组织及非癌肝组织GSTpi、HO1、TPⅡ3种酶表达特性及其临床病理意义。方法 标本经 10 %中性福尔马林固定后常规制作石蜡包埋切片 ,酶表达染色方法均为ABC免疫组化法。结果 临床分析发现术后血清AFP值、AFU值、PAB值及SHCSP阳性率均有明显减少 ,ALB值有明显上升。中心癌组织GSTpi和HO1表达阳性率及其评分明显高于边缘癌组织、癌旁组织和非癌肝组织 ,均有显著或高度显著差异 ;中心癌组织和边缘癌组织TPⅡ阳性率及其评分明显高于癌旁组织和非癌肝组织 ,均有显著或高度显著差异 ,但边缘癌组织阳性率及其评分与中心癌组织无明显差异。除血清AFP值外 ,癌组织GSTpi、HO1和TPⅡ酶表达评分与癌分化程度、SHCSP是否阳性、肝硬化有无、转移状况、有无癌栓、大体形态及肿块最大径等主要临床病理特征均无明显关系。结论 GSTpi、HO1和TPⅡ 3种酶表达特征可能与肝癌发生有密切关系 ,检测GSTpi和TPⅡ酶表达对指导肝癌术后化疗和提高化疗效果可能具有重要临床应用价值。
Objective To study the expressive features of GST pi , HO 1 and TPⅡ and their clinicopathological significance in the central cancer tissue, edge cancer tissue, pericancerous liver tissue and non cancer liver tissue. Methods The expression of GST pi , HO 1 and TPⅡ was detected by immunohistochemical method of avidin biotin complex in the 10% neutral formalin fixed and routinely paraffin-embedded sections of 37 specimens. Results Clinical assay showed significantly lower values of AFP, AFU and PAB and the positive rate of SHCSP in postoperative patients, but the values of ALB was significantly higher. The positive rate and the score of GST pi , HO 1 and TPⅡ were markedly higher in the central cancer tissue or edge cancer tissue than in the pericancerous liver tissue or non-cancer liver tissue. Meanwhile, the positive rate and the score of GST pi and HO 1 were remarkably higher in the central cancer tissue than in the edge cancer tissue. The score of GST pi and HO 1 was correlated to preoperative AFP value. No correlation was found among the scores of enzymatic expression and other clinicopathological features of the tumor. Conclusions The expression of GST pi , HO 1 and TPⅡ might be closely related to the carcinogenesis of the liver tissue. The assay of GST pi and TPⅡ might be of important clinical values for guiding postoperative chemotherapy and raising the effect of chemotherapy for the primary hepatocellular carcinoma.
