摘要
本文以杂交稻组合汕优63为材料,探讨了不同施药时期(浸种、孕穗期喷施)和不同浓度(0、20、40mg/kg)烯效唑处理对水稻开花后剑叶特性与物质生产、籽粒中可溶性糖和淀粉含量变化以及产量的影响,结果表明:烯效唑具有延缓剑叶衰老、促进物质生产及转运的效应,能提高剑叶衰老期间的叶绿素含量和绿叶面积,灌浆前、中期可溶性总糖含量提高,而成熟期其含量与对照基本相同;烯效唑处理后,籽粒内可溶性糖含量在前期(强势粒)或前中期(弱势粒)提高,为籽粒内淀粉的合成奠定了物质基础;烯效唑前中期抑制而后期促进强势粒中淀粉的积累,对最终淀粉含量影响不大,但具有促进弱势粒中淀粉积累的效应,其淀粉含量提高;烯效唑处理有提高产量的作用,产量的提高主要是由于穗实粒数的显著增加。
The effects of S-3307 (Uniconazole) by soaking and spraying at booting stage with different concentrations (0,20 and 40 mg/kg) on the characteristics of flag leaf, accumulation of carbon in grain and rice yield were studied with hybrid rice combination Shanyou 63. The main results were shown as follows:the chlorophyll content and area of green flag leaves on main stem were increased after S-3307 treatment, that was, S-3307 had the function of postponing leaf senescence. S-3307 treatment accelerated the accumulation of carbon in leaf and export to grain. The total soluble sugar content in flag leaf was increased. S-3307 treatment increased soluble sugar content of superior grain at early filling stage and that of inferior grain in early and middle filling period. S-3307 treatment inhibited the starch accumulation of superior grain in earlier and middle filling period, but stimulated it at late filling stage,so the final starch content was not significantly higher or lower than that of control. As inferior grain, S-3307 treatment accelerated the accumulation of starch in it, and the final starch content was higher than that in control. S-3307 can increase rice yield through significantly increasing the grain number per panicle.
