摘要
研究了在柠檬酸 K2HPO4介质中,银(Ⅰ)催化抗坏血酸还原偶氮胂Ⅲ的褪色反应。考察了影响反应的条件,探讨了有关动力学问题,建立了一种测定痕量银的新方法。方法的检出限为9.35×10-11g mL,测定范围为0~0.04μg mL,相对标准偏差为2.6%,回收率在98.5%~101%。
Using dipotassium hydrogen phosphate and citric acid as medium, the decolorizing reaction of arsenazoⅢ with ascorbic acid catalyzed by silver (I) was studied. A new method for determination of silver(Ⅰ) was developed after studying optimum condition and mechanism of the reaction. The calibration curve was linear for silver(I) in the range of 0~40 μg/L with a detection limit of 9.37×10^(-11) g/mL, relative standard deviation of 2.6% and recoveries of 98.5%~101%.
