摘要
运用酶联免疫法测定水产品中的氯霉素残留 .氯霉素浓度在 0 0 5~ 4 0 5 μg/kg范围内呈线性 ,线性方程为Y =0 3 12 11-0 3 40 14X ,r=0 994.向样品中分别添加 0 45、1 3 5、4 0 5 μg/kg 3个浓度水平的氯霉素 ,平均回收率分别为84 5 %、88 4%和 79 9% ,最低检测限为 90ng/kg ,批内变异系数为 6 0 %~ 8 5 % ,批间变异系数为 5 8%~ 14 3 % .结果表明该方法灵敏度高 ,重复性好 。
Chloramphenicol residues in aquatic products were analyzed by ELISA. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0 05~4 05?μg/kg. The average recoveries were 84 5%?88 4% and 79 9% respectively when samples were spiked with 0 45?1 35 and 4 05?μg/kg. The detection limit was 90?ng/kg. The intra assay coefficients of variation were 6 0%~8 5% and inter assay cofficients of variation were 5 8%~14 3%.The method is sensitive and suitable for the determination of trace chloramphenicol in aquatic products.
