摘要
目的:确定手术患者的社会支持、应对方式、人格等因素与手术焦虑的关系。方法:使用简易应对方式问卷、社会支持评定量表、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)对哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院普外一科择期手术患者在术前1d,以自愿的方式进行问卷调查,排除不接受调查者,在2001-11-17/2002-01-31调查了160例患者,并对结果进行多因素分析。结果:人格各因子与应对方式的典型相关分析的两个相关系数均达到显著水准(ρ1=0.395,P<0.05;ρ2=0.246,P<0.05)。在第一典型因素分析中,主要是自变量中的内外向影响积极应对(P<0.05);精神质与第一典型因素有中等关系存在(P<0.05)。第二典型因素与神经质、消极应对相关较高(P<0.05)。社会支持量表各因子与EPQ各因子典型相关系数的显著性检验P值水平高于0.05,认为它们之间不存在相关关系。结论:外倾的术前患者倾向于采取积极应对方式;精神质得分较低的术前患者在中等水平上倾向于采取积极应对方式;神经质的术前患者倾向于采取消极应对方式。
AIM:To evaluate the relations of social support,coping manner and personality with the multiple factors in the surgical patients. METHODS:Totally 160 patients, who were going to be operated in the First Department of General Hospital,Harbin Medical University from November 17th,2001 to January 31st,2002,were voluntarily investigated with the simplified coping style questionnaire,social support scale,and Eysenck personality questionnaire(EPQ) one day before operation.The patients who did not accept the investigation were excluded,and then the results were analyzed for multiple factors. RESULTS:The two canonical coefficients of canonical correlation analysis between the factors of personality and coping manner were remarkable(ρ1 =0.395,P< 0.05, ρ2=0.246,P< 0.05). In the first canonical coefficient (ρ1) analysis, introversion and extroversion affected positive coping (P< 0.05), and psychoticism had moderate relation with ρ1 (P< 0.05). The second canonical coefficient (ρ2) was highly related with neuroticism and negative coping manner (P< 0.05).There were no correlation between the factors of social support scale and the factors of EPQ(P >0.05). CONCLUSION:The pre-operative patients who were extrovert and got lower scale in psychoticism tend to take positive coping manner;while the neurotic pre-operative patients tend to take negative coping manner.
