摘要
面对新世纪全球基础教育改革浪潮,美国基础教育改革方兴未艾。美国新世纪基础教育改革的鲜明特色是危机意识贯穿始终,改革因危机而缘起,由危机而推动。美国新世纪基础教育改革危机意识的特点与实质是国家危机和教育改革的成功嫁接与互动发展;全国坚持不懈地追求教育更为全面卓越的动力源;国家发展中国民内心深处特有忧患意识的真实流露。危机意识是借鉴和审视美国基础教育改革的应有视角,我国新世纪推进基础教育改革要注意激发培养危机意识。
Facing the tidal wave of innovation of basic education in the world in the new century,the innovation of basic education in USA is in the ascendant. It is the brilliant trait of innovation of the basic education in USA in the new century that the crisis consciousness prongs all along,which means innovation appears and is driven because of crisis. Essential of the crisis consciousness of innovation of basic education of new century in USA that the successful graft and development in mutual of nation crisis with education innovation,the motive power for pursuing better education in the whole nation,and the citizens'actual outpouring of crisis consciousness in nation development. We should learn from America to stimulate and cultivate the crisis consciousness so as to promote basic education reform in China.
