摘要
聚丙烯(PP)是汽车用塑料主要品种之一,具有密度小、性能/价格比高、耐热性优良、耐化学腐蚀及应力开裂等优点。综述了用于制造保险杠、仪表板、车身内饰件、发动机冷却扇和其它制品的不同种类改性聚丙烯材料的性能要求、改性方法和最新进展。介绍了介质(气体、水等)辅助成型工艺、模内层压注射工艺和长纤维增强塑料的注射成型等适合聚丙烯材料的新型加工工艺,并对国内改性聚丙烯材料的发展方向提出了个人建议。
PP is one of main automotive materials,and has some advantages of small density,high performance/price ratio,heat resistance,chemical corrosion resistance and stress crack resistance.This paper summarizes the PP materials used for bumper,dashboard,body inner decorated parts,engine fan and other parts,and PP properties requirement,performance change methods and their latest development.Some PP manufacturing processes such as medium(air,water and etc.)aided forming process,mould inner layer pressurized injection process,and long fiber enhanced plastic injection forming process which are suitable to the PP material are also introduced in this paper.In the end of paper,some personal suggests about PP development at home are provided.
