摘要
珙桐处于濒危状态的主要原因是繁殖很困难,不论是种子繁殖还是营养繁殖都不易成功。为了抢救和保护我国这一特有的珍贵资源,寻求加速育苗的方法,探索了如何有效地利用植物生长调节剂来加速珙桐种子繁殖。以珙桐种胚为材料,设置细胞分裂素(6 BA)、赤霉素(GA)、生长素(IAA)3个因子各5个水平,采用二次通用旋转回归组合设计的试验方法,结果表明:(1)6 BA对种子解萌起解抑作用;(2)IAA对完成种子形态后熟有作用;(3)GA对解除种子生理后熟至关重要。
The main reason for the dovetree (Davidia involucrata) being in the severe danger of annihilation attributes to the difficulty to breed it ,including seed breeding, as well as nutrition breeding.To rescue and protect the unique rare species, speed up breediy, the ways of using growth regulators to speed up the breeding of dovetree should be explored.In the experiment emboryo of dovetree was the experimental material.In the experiments three factors,cytokinin (6-BA), gibberellin (GA) and auxin (IAA), were designed into 5 treatments respectively. The research was made by experimental method of combination design via dual usual rotation regressive.The results showed that 6-BA can eliminate stress of seed from phenol and improve generation of seed; IAA contributes to after-ripening of seed shape;GA is fatal important for elimination after-ripening of seed physiology.
