摘要
有限元法在结构强度的分析与计算中的应用越来越广泛 ,但是在分析中相应极限应力的确定尚存在一定的误区。本文应用“当量设计”的概念 ,针对这一误区进行了深入研究 ,揭示了用有限元法进行结构强度计算时 ,合理确定极限应力的方法与应注意的问题。通过对实验结果的分析 ,给出了对航空齿轮有限元分析时相应的齿根弯曲疲劳极限。
Although the finite element method(FEM) has been widely applied in the analysis and computation of structural strength, there exist some problems in how to determine the ultimate stress of the structure. This paper presents an idea of ″equivalent design″ to find a method to determine reasonable structural ultimate stress when FEM is used to compute structural strength. By using FEM, the related fatigue limit for bending strength of gear teeth is obtained through analyzing the experimental results of gear strength tests.
