摘要
目的 探讨暴露于SARS病毒后的医务人员的危险程度和观察处理 ,了解SARS病毒是否经过血液传播 ,为今后从事SARS防治人员提供帮助和信息。方法 利用ELISA的方法检测 5例暴露者的SARS病毒抗体IgG和IgM ,并用流式细胞仪采用直接荧光染色法检测T细胞亚群。结果 5例暴露者的抗体检测均为阴性 ;T细胞亚群值都在正常范围。结论 5名暴露者没有受到SARS病毒的感染 ;但因暴露者的例数少 ,对检测时机的把握还要进一步摸索 ;因此还不能确定SARS病毒是否经过血液传播 ;
OBJECTIVE To investigate SARS virus transmission via blood and to provide relevant information for health workers. METHODS The counts of T cell subset and the antibodies of IgG,IgM from the 5 health workers were done by flow cytometry and ELISA. RESULTS The antibodies of 5 victims were negative. The counts of T cell subset were detected in normal range. CONCLUSIONS Five persons are not infected by SARS virus. But we only have few cases. We can′t definite whether or not SARS virus transmission via blood and need advanced research. To evaluate the risk of post exposure also needs advanced discussion.
