摘要
在不同的压缩空气相对湿度下 ,试验测定了低压铸造过程中液态铝合金氢含量的变化。结果表明 ,尽管真空精炼具有很强的除气能力 ,但低压铸造的除气效果与压缩空气的相对湿度有关。潮湿的空气会造成含氢量的波动 ,干燥的压缩空气更有助于获得高质量的铝合金液。
Changes in hydrogen content in liquid aluminum were measured under different relative humidity of compressed air in low pressure die casting. The results showed that although the vacuum smelting has strongly degassing capacity, the degassing effects is relevant to the relative humidity of compressed air in low pressure die casting. Fluctuation in hydrogen content results from wet air. The dry compressed air is helpful to highly qualified liquid Al.
