摘要
目的 观察平喘合剂对哮喘模型大鼠肺脏、支气管病理学的影响,探讨平喘合剂治疗哮喘的作用机理。方法 选择雄性大鼠随机分组,制作动物模型,HE染色,光镜观察各组肺组织病理变化。结果及结论 平喘合剂可抑制炎性细胞在肺及支气管局部的浸润,减轻肺脏、支气管的病理损伤,通过拮抗慢性非特异性气道炎症而发挥治疗哮喘的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Pingchuan mixture on the pathology of asthmatic model rat抯 lung and bronchi, discuss the functionary mechanism of Pingchuan mixture on asthma. Method We selected 40 male rats, divided them randomly into 5 groups and made animal model. We made HE dye and observe the pathological transformation of lung tissue under optical microscope. Result and Conclusion Pingchuan mixture could restrain the chronical nonspecial inflammation in airway.
