摘要
目的 :探讨经腹小切口筋膜内子宫切除术的可行性。方法 :选择子宫良性病变的患者 12 8例施行经腹小切口筋膜内子宫切除术 ,与传统腹式子宫切除术比较 ,并观察临床效果。结果 :12 8例手术经过顺利 ,术中、术后无 1例并发症。与传统术式相比 ,手术时间明显缩短 ,术中出血少 ,伤口疼痛轻 ,肛门排气早 ,住院时间短 ,两组有显著差异。结论 :经腹小切口筋膜内子宫切除术 ,切口小 ,瘢痕小 ,恢复快 ,具有微创化手术特点 ,不需专门设备 ,经济实用 ,值得推广。
Objective:To study the feasibility of mini laparotomy hysterectomy.Methods:128 cases with benign disease of uterus received mini laparotomy hysterectomy.A clinical observation and comparison were made between mini laparotomy hysterectomy and traditional abdominal hysterectomy.Results:All the procedures of 128 cases were smooth,and patients recorvered with no complication.Mini laparotomy hysterectomy can be accomplished with shorter operating duration,less bleeding and lighter pain,earlier anus exhaustion,shorter length of postoperative hospital stay.A significant difference was found between two groups.Conclusion:Mini laparotomy hysterectomy has all the virtue of mini-trauma operation,and is economical,without particular equipment.It is valuable for further spreading and evaluation.
