摘要
以培矮 64S E3 2、培两优 5 0 0、培矮 64S B5 2和两优培九等 4个以培矮 64S为母本的两系杂交组合为材料 ,研究了其生育特性和再生特性。主要结果如下 :1)两季总产以培矮 64S E3 2最高 ,培矮 64S B5 2次之 ;2 )再生稻产量构成因素对产量的作用大小顺序为有效穗数 >每穗总粒数 >结实率 >千粒重 ;3 )头季稻产量构成因素影响再生率 :有效穗数、千粒重与再生率呈正相关 ,每穗总粒数、结实率与再生率呈负相关 ;4)头季稻源库特性影响再生率 :最大LAI与再生率呈正相关 ,粒叶比与再生率呈负相关 ,茎鞘物质输出率与再生率呈正相关 ;5 )再生稻品种以选择穗粒数适中、千粒重大而粒叶比适中的杂交中稻组合为好 ;6)
The growth and developmental properties and ratooning properties were studied with four two-line hybrid combinations of Pei′ai 64S, i.e., Pei′ai 64S/E32, Peiliangyou 500, Pei′ai 64S/B52 and Liangyou Peijiu, as the materials. The main results were as follows: 1) As for the total yield of two crops (main plus ratooning), Pei′ai 64S/E32 was the highest, Pei′ai 64S/B52 was the second. 2)The order of the contribution of yield components to yield of ratooning rice was: number of effective panicles>spikelets per panicle>seed setting percentage>1 000-grain weight. 3) Yield components of main crop could affect ratooning rate: there existed a positive correlation between ratooning rate and number of effective panicles, 1 000-grain weight but a negative correlation between ratooning rate and spikelets per panicle, seed setting percentage. 4) The source-sink properties of main crop could affect ratooning rate: there was a positive correlation between ratooning rate and LAI of booting stage, output rate of dry matter in stem and sheath but a negative correlation between ratooning rate and grain-leaf ratio. 5) It was better to choose those medium hybrid combinations with moderate number of spikelets per panicle, heavy 1 000-grain weight and moderate grain-leaf ratio for enhancing yield increase of ratooning rice. 6) Increase of ear-bearing tiller rate was favorable to enhance ratooning rate and yield of ratooning rice.
