摘要
目的 :探讨麦考酚酸酯治疗儿童顽固性过敏性紫癜的疗效。方法 :14例儿童顽固性过敏性紫癜患者为治疗组 ,给予麦考酚酸酯 2 0mg·kg-1·d-1,分 2～ 3次口服。足量服用 1个月 ,继之减半量服用 1个月 ,总疗程 2个月。结果 :14例患者中13例病情不再复发 ,1例复发次数明显减少。结论 :麦考酚酸酯治疗顽固性过敏性紫癜疗效确切。
Objective: To study the effect of mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) in treatment of pediatric patiants with refractory Henoch Schonlein purpura (HSP).Method: 14 cases with refractory HSP was treated with oral MMF 20 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 for one month and then 10 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 for one month. Result: Recurrence did not appear in 13 of 14 patients. The recurrence frequence of one case was apparently reduced.Conclusion: MMF shows a beneficial role in treatment of patients with refractory HSP.
