摘要
为提高我国男女篮训练水平,加深对篮球运动的理解,尤其是提高对防守观念的认识,运用文献资料法、观察统计法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法对第14届世界篮球锦标赛和亚运会的篮球比赛进行观察,分析得出:现代篮球防守观念表现为攻击性、破坏性、主动性、预见性、集体性、灵活性和顽强性;并提出现代篮球比赛防守的九点基本要求。
In order to improve the training level of man and woman basketball teams, and have deeper understanding of basketball, especially of the defense theory, the methods of literature review, statistics, logical analysis and expert interview about the 14th Basketball Champion and Asian Games have been adopted in this paper. The results are that the defense theories of modern basketball are offensive, initiative, prescient, collective, flexible and dour. The nine basic requirements for defense have been proposed.
