摘要
本实验对麦草烧碱-AQ法浆进行了含LMS段(简称L)漂白的OLQP和LQ(PO)全无氯漂白,同时与传统的CEH漂白结果进行了对比。研究结果表明,TCF漂白流程漂后浆料白度都达到了80%ISO以上。与CEH漂白浆相比,TCF漂白在获得较好的浆料强度的同时,还可以降低废水COD负荷,提高废水的可生化降解性。
The TCF bleaching sequences of OLQP and LQ(PO) including LMS biobl ea ching were investigated in this paper. The results showed that the brightness of the TCF bleached pulps could get 80%ISO and the bleached pulps had a better st rength properties than those of CEH bleaching pulp. The pollution load(COD) of T CF bleaching was 50%less than that of CEH bleaching. It's beneficial to the env ironment.
