摘要 目的 探讨家庭早期干预对早产儿智能发育的影响。方法  2 6 0例早产儿分为干预组 14 0例 ,对照组 12 0例 ,干预组指导家长按《挖掘儿童潜能始于零岁》一书中 0~ 3岁教育大纲在家中进行早期干预训练 ,对照组仅常规育儿指导 ,两组均定期用Gesell方法进行智能发育评定。结果 干预组各项发育均优于对照组 ,且随月龄增加差异逐渐显著。结论 家庭早期干预促进早产儿智能发育行之有效 ,方法简便 。 Objective To explore influence of the family intervention to promote premature infant intelligence development in early phase.Methods 260 cases premature infants were divided into intervention group 140 cases,control group 120 cases ,instruct parents according to the book “Excavate children potentiality starting on zero years old” 0~3 years old education program and go on in early phase intervention train at home in intervention group,only the routine education instruction to children in control group,two groups were evaluated by the intellectual development with Gesell method regularly.Results Every development in intervention group is superior to that of control group ,the difference is more remarkable with monthly age increase.Conclusion The family intervention to promote premature infant intelligence development in early phase is effective,the method is simple and convenient,worth popularizing.
