摘要
指出中医工作者的知识结构,主要是文史哲。但对中医之文的理解如果仅仅以为是“医古文”,这未免太狭窄了。中医重文非唯文学、更绝非单指文字。而是包括学术本身所固有的和要掌握它所需的全面的以人文知识为主的大文化。不过注重大文化,应大而有当,散而有收,博而为专,动机和结果应注意好统一。没有文化的中医,是平庸的中医,只有文化的中医,是软弱的中医。
This article points out that the knowledge structure of Chinese medical professionals is mainly related to literature,history and philosophy.Undoubtedly,it is too limited if the literature in Chinese medicine is only understood referring to ancient Medical Literature”.The literature emphasised in Chinese medicine does not refer to pure literature only,and absolutely does not refer to literal wolds either.Instead,it includes the comprehensive cuhurc,which the academic science itself contains,with the overall humanistic knowledge as a main part needed to master academic Chinese medicine.But,attention paid to this comprehensive culture should be extensive and specific,with the purpose and result in coordinative combination.Chinese medicine without culture is a mediocre Chinese medicine. Chinese medicine with litera-ture emphasised only is a weak Chinese medicine.
