摘要
目的 研究蒙药清热八味散对小鼠免疫功能影响的药效学作用。方法 以环磷酰胺造成小鼠免疫功能低下模型 ,分别测定蒙药清热八味散对小鼠溶血素抗体和淋巴细胞增殖作用等免疫功能的影响。结果 蒙药清热八味散可提高环磷酰胺模型小鼠脾细胞自发增殖反应和ConA诱导的脾细胞增殖反应及小鼠溶血素抗体生成。结论 蒙药清热八味散可提高小鼠免疫功能 ,为防治“非典”的辅助用药提供了科学依据。
Aim To study the effects of Qingrebaweisan on immune function in mice.Methods Using the model of immune function in low level induced by cyclophosphamide injection,effects of Qingrebaweisan on antibody of hemolysin and proliferation of lymphocyte in mice were observed.Results Qingrebaweisan could improve proliferation of lymphocyte and the production of antibody of hemolysin in mice.Conclusion Qingrebaweisan could increase the immune faction in mice.
