摘要
民营经济已成为中国经济增长的重要支撑力量。但是,民营企业实行家族式管理还是通过外聘经理人员管理,不仅在理论界存在不同观点,全业也面临两难选择。本文从家族企业及家族式管理的利弊分析出发,结合影响家族企业管理模式选择的各种关键因素,为企业根据不同条件选择恰当的管理模式提出了参考建议。
Non-state-owned sector has become one of the pillars of Chinese economic growth. However, both scholars and entrepreneurs are in a dilemma on the choice of management modes: to base the management on patriarch or professional managers through recruitment. After analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of family businesses and patriarch-based management, this article offers some advice on how to select proper management mode for different enterprises through discussing the crucial factors affecting the mode selection.
