摘要
提出了基于VB与组件式GIS软件MapX开发的县级退耕还林工程信息管理系统的设计思想与实现方法,旨在提高退耕还林工程管理的科学化和自动化水平。
This paper puts forward its design thoughts and implementing method of developing Returning Cultivated Land to Original Forest project based on VB and component GIS software MapX.The system will be very useful for the automation,scientification of Returning Cultivated Land to Original Forest project management.
