摘要
本文结合对福建师范大学新校区建设规划的总结和反思 ,主要从大学城模式与高等教育跨越式发展的关系 ,校园建设规划与学校事业发展规划和学科建设规划的关系 ,校园教育房地产资源预期配置与可持续发展原则的关系 ,校园建筑与校园文脉传承创新的关系等四个方面 ,阐述了新校区建设规划中应该注意的一些问题 ,以资借鉴。
Combining the summarization and the reflection on the plan ning for the construction of the new campus of Fujian Normal University, this article att empts to elaborate some problems that should be taken into consideration duriry the planning.There are four relationships, namely the relationship between the m od e of the University City and the leaping development of higher education, the re lationship between the planning for the construction, the planning for the busin ess development and the planning for the discipline construction, the relationsh ip between the anticipated allocation of the campus' land resource for education and the principle of sustainable development, and the relationship between the campus construction and the problem of carrying on and innovating the campus cul ture of the university.
