摘要
关于明代云南的人口数量究竟有多少 ,有的学者认为直到明末崇祯时云南的人口仅 2 40万 ,最高的估计也只有 3 0 0多万。为此 ,在广泛收集并分析有关明代云南军籍人口、民籍人口和少数民族人口文献记载的基础上 ,通过详尽的考证 ,分别得出了万历时期云南军籍人口、民籍人口和少数民族人口的数量 ,由此推断出万历时期云南的人口数量应在 5 0 0万人以上 ,这为从事云南移民、民族分布等方面的研究提供了一个比较可信的基础。
On the basis of analysinganalyzing many historical materials carefully, the author makes a textual research on the population of armymen and their family members, populace and minority nationality in Yunnan. Then draws a conclusion that the number of population in Yunnan had reached over 5 million persons during the reign of Emperor Wanli.
