摘要
将双氧水(z1)、氯化钙(z2)、6-BA(z3)和乙烯利(z4)采用二次回归正交组合设计(1/2实施),于15℃处理瓜尔豆种子24 h,然后在15±1℃的发芽箱中发芽,得发芽率的回归方程:Y=163.41+7.432z1-36.49z2-3.716z3-0.09404z4—3.627z1z2+0.8527z1z3+0.02227z1z4+0.267z2z3+0.2556z2z44-0.0004832z3z4-11.88z21+9.732z22-0.005642z32+0.00002479z42。若理论值取100%,经因素的频数分析计算出各因素最优的区间估计(95%的置信区问)为:z1[0.7455%,0.9236%];z2[0.449%,0.7406%];z3[5.7464 mg·kg-1,6.446 mg·kg-1];z4[230.1167 mg·kg-1,307.1997 mg·kg-1]。
A regression equation was built up by quadratic regression orthogonal unitized design including H2O2, CaCl2,6-BA and ethephomy = 163.41 +7.432z1- 36.49z2- 3.716z3 - 0.09404z4 - 3.627z1z2+ 0.8527z1z3+ 0.02227z1z4 + 0.267z2z3+0.2556z2z4-0.0004832 z3z4 - 11.88z12 + 9.732z22 -0.005642z32 + 0.00002479z24.If theoretical value was given 100%, by frequency analysis of factors , the optimum interval estimation was (the fiducial interval range is 95%):z1[0.7455%,0.9236%];z2[0.449%,0.7406%];z3[5.7464mg.kg-1,6.446mg.kg-1];z4[230.1167mg. kg-1,307.1997mg.kg-1].
