Recovery of Palladium and Silver from Waste Containing Noble Metals

摘要 研究了从含钯银铜的废料中分离回收钯和银。介绍了将钯、银、铜逐一分离并分别回收的原理及技术参数。采用硝酸溶解—盐酸沉银—氯化铵沉钯—氨水中和—水合肼还原或煅烧流程可从含钯、银等贵金属废料中回收钯和银,所得钯粉纯度高于99.99%,其它杂质含量符合国标要求。 Recovery of palladium and silver from waste containing palladium, silver and copper are studied. The principle and process parameters for separating and recovering palladium, silver and copper one by one are introduced. The process of dissolving the waste with nitric acid-precipitating silver with hydrochloric acid and precipitating palladium with ammonium chloride from the solution neutralizing with ammonia and reducing metals with hydrazine hydrate or calcining is used. Purity of palladium powder is over 99.99%,the content of other impurities accords with the national standard.
