摘要
目的 提取分离板蓝根化学成分。方法 菘蓝的根用95%乙醇渗漉,用不同极性溶剂分级萃取,再分别用硅胶和大孔树脂作拄层析分离,根据各化合物的理化常数和波谱数据,鉴定化学结构。结果分离并鉴定了11个化合物。结论 1个为首次从自然界中分离获得,6个为菘蓝属植物中首次报道。
OBJECTIVE To extract and separate the chemical constituents from racli.r isatidis. METHODS Ra-dir.isatidis was percolated with 95% ethanol, partitioned by solvents with different polarities and finally on silica gel and macroporous resin columns. The purified compounds obtained were identified and structurally elucidated by their physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis. RESULTS Eleven compounds were extracted and isolated from ra-dix isatidis. CONCLUSIONS One compound has been first discovered from the nature , and another six constituents from radix isatidis are reported for the first time.
