摘要
依据全脑教育理论与方法,以幼儿园、小学和初中的2622名儿童少年为研究对象,分为以强化左侧肢体体育训练为主的实验班(校)和以右侧肢体体育训练为主的对照班(校)进行了为期5年的实验研究。实验结果表明,实验班,在左、右和双侧肢体的运动技能、智力、心理和学习成绩以及运动技能与智力和学习成绩的相关性上,均比对照班明显好。表明均衡地发。展双侧肢体运动技能,更好地开发儿童少年运动和智力潜能,培养"全脑型"人,是当前学校体育教育改革的一项重要任务。
Five year period experimental study was made on exploiting children's exercise and intelligence potential based on theory and method of 'complete brain' education.2622 right-hander children from kindergartens,elementary school and junior high school served as subjects and were divided into the experimental grooup with exercises dominated by the left side limbs and the control group with exercises dominated by the right side limbs.The results showed that the average sports skill,intelligence,psychology and learning indexes as well as the correlation between the sports skills and intelligence and learning were higher than those of the control group.It indicates that it is an important task for today's physical education reform to equally develop students sports skills of both side limbs,further exploit children's sports and intelligence potential,and cultivate with 'complete brain'.
