摘要
用销环式腐蚀磨损试验机测定了双相不锈钢在含Cl的磷酸溶液中的腐蚀磨损-载荷曲线以及磨损过程中的阳极极化曲线观察了磨痕、磨屑形貌以及磨损前后硬度变化表明Cl在磨损过程中促使磨损表面变脆,发生脆性撕裂,从而加速了材料的流失.
Plots of corrosive wear loss vs load and anodic polarization curves duringwearing were examined for duplex stainless steel in 69% H_3PO_4 solution with or withoutCl^- by a pin-on-disc apparatus. Morphologies of tracks and debris as well as variation ofVicker hardness of worn surface were also tested. The Cl^- may impel the embrittlement andtearing of the worn surface, so as to accelerate the corrosive wear loss of the steel.
