摘要 本文采用示差扫描量热法(DSC)和X射线衍射技术(XRD)研究了由纯金属与硼的元素粉末制备TiAl+TiB_2复合材料的合成过程研究结果表明:在Ti-Al-B系中,由于Ti-Al间的放热反应使TiB_2在700℃以下便可合成;所得到的复合材料经重溶后,TiB_2粒子的相对量、形态和尺寸均没有明显的变化,显示出了良好的热稳定性; Synthesis process of a TiAl+TiB_2 composite from Ti, Al and B powders wasstudied by means of differential scanning calorimetry and X-ray diffractometry. TiB_2 parti-cles may form in TiAl matrix at temperatures even below 700℃ owing to the exothermic reac-tion between Ti and Al powders. TiB_2 particles are very thermally stable, and almost no morechanged in their relative amount, morphology and size after the synthesized composite beingremelted. In addition, the existence of TiB_2 particles may be obviously affected on refinementof as-cast TiAl-base alloy microstructure.
