摘要
通过对ZG27Cr2SiMnMoVA新型低合金耐磨铸钢的工艺性能试验及生产应用表明,该钢是替代高锰钢制造挖掘机斗齿的理想材料;探讨了高温淬火可显著提高冲击韧度的机理;提供的三种热处理工艺,对实际应用具有一定的参考价值.
By the technological properties test and application of production for steel ZG27Cr2SiMnMoVA,it is shown that this steel is the proper material for making dipper-teeth of excavator to replace that of high manganese steel.The mechanism on the impact toughness improvement of the steel by high temperature quenching is discussed and three technological processes of heat treatment are provided according to the cases of practical application in this paper.
