摘要
选用了一种分子筛型催化剂,以低浓度乙醇为原料,对制备乙烯的工艺条件进行了研究。探讨了影响脱水反应的各种因素,确定了较佳的工艺参数。当反应温度为250~280℃、液体空速为0.5~0.8h^(-1),原料乙醇浓度为10%(m)左右时,乙醇转化率高达99%以上,乙烯选择性可达97%~99%。
Processing conditions of preparing ethylene under molecular sieve catalyst from low concentration ethanol as raw material were studied and the factors affecting this dehydration reaction were determind. Results indicated that the reaction temperature is 250~280℃, LHSV is 0.5~0.8h^(-1), ethanol concentration is 10%(Wt), conversion of ethanol is 99%, selectivity of ethylene is 97%~99%.
