摘要
用组织块移植法培养大鼠主动脉内皮细胞,并对其形态及生长情况进行观察,培养后5d便有细胞生长,培养至8～9d时细胞生长成单层。Ⅷ因子相关抗原免疫荧光检测呈强阳性,证明所培养的细胞为内皮细胞。本方法简便易行,适于推广应用。
Rat aortic endothelial cells were cultured by tissue transplantation. Themorphological feature and growth condition of cells were continuously observed. The growth ofcells were detected at 5th day and a confluent monolayer of cells was formed by 8-9 days.Immunofluorescence assay revealed that the cultured cells contained factor Ⅷ related antigenwhich is unique for the endothelial cells. It is a simple and convenient method.
