摘要
汤浅现象下的数学科学发展历程表明:无论是世界重大的数学成就,还是菲尔兹数学奖、沃尔夫数学奖、诺贝尔经济学奖的获得者,几乎都出自于较为民主的国家.一个国家的数学水平与这个国家的科学技术水平、教育水平和经济发展有着密切的关系.人性化的民主讨论方法是中国数学教育改革的新理念,其核心是培养人的创造性思维.数学课堂教育教学的目标是“ 向全社会传播平等、尊重、民主、讨论、开放、科学、对话、关心、倾听” 这样一种理念.
By analyzing and studying the background of the winners of great achievements in mathematics field and those of the world famous awards and prizes, as Fields Medals, Wolf Prizts, Nobel Prizes, the author found that they were almost coming from the relative democratic with no exception. Then the author put forward a new concept for China’s mathematics education reform— —approach of democratic discussion, a more human method, whose core was to train students’creative thinking. At last the author concluded the target of china’s classroom mathematics education: spreading to the whole society a new advanced culture, an advanced policy-making mechanism and a new scientific concept of equality, respect, democracy, discussion, open mind, science, communication, concerning and listening attentively.
