摘要
可在钻井、完井、采油、修井等方面进行有效应用的可膨胀管技术 ,被认为是 2 1世纪石油钻采行业最有前景的技术之一。为了实现管材的膨胀及现场应用的需要 ,膨胀管必须具有足够的抗拉强度、良好的塑性等性能 ,达到上述要求需要良好的热处理工艺。简要概述了其膨胀原理 ,并初步分析了如何优化可膨胀管的性能。
Expandable Tubular Technology is one core technology in petroleum industry in 21st century,which is used in drilling,completion,recovery and workover.To expand case and the requirement of locale application,expandable case must have enough tensile strength and plastic.Good heat treatment process is necessary to these requirements.The paper discusses briefly its principle of expansion,and analyses elementarily how to optimize capabilities of expandable case.
