摘要
综述了表面涂层技术在热镀锌内加热金属保护套管中的应用现状 ,分析了目前国内外常用的耐锌蚀涂层材料及其耐锌蚀机理 ,同时指出Fe-Al、Mo -W、Fe -B3个系列的合金涂层材料具有广阔的应用前景 .
This article described the present development status of surface coatings for protection of metal pipes form liquid zinc corrosion during hot galvanizing process.And it analysed the meterials which were generally used for liquid zinc corrosion resistant coatings and the relevant corrosion mechanism.It follows that Fe-Al,Mo-W and Fe-B show great application prospect.
