摘要
以春夏王等 7个大白菜品种或品系为试材 ,采用萌芽种子于 3℃条件下低温春化处理 2 0d后 ,播种于温度 2 0~ 2 2℃、光周期 16h(夜间用日光灯补光 ,补光光强 10 0~ 130 μmol·m-2 ·s-1)的温室中 ,筛选苗期大白菜晚抽薹性评价指标 ,建立分级标准。结果表明 ,显蕾期、短缩茎 (薹 )长、抽薹指数均可作为晚抽薹性评价指标 ,其中调查抽薹指数更为简便、快速、准确 ,可操作性强。综合考虑显蕾、抽薹、开花性状 ,确立了以抽薹指数作为形态指标、6级抽薹调查分级标准和 5个抽薹性评价等级的大白菜晚抽薹性快速评价方法。完成一个评价周期仅需4 5d左右。用该方法评价的结果和田间结果一致。
Seven Chinese cabbage cultivars or lines were used for establishing a rapid identification method of late bolting character by vernalizing the germinated seeds at 3 ℃ for 20 days, then the seeds were sowed and grown in a greenhouse at 20-22 ℃ and 16 hours day length(using 100-130 μmol·m -2 ·s -1 of supplemental lighting in night to provide longer days). The results indicated that time (days) of bud appearance, length of dwarf stem and bolting index were suitable indexes for identification of late bolting, but the last one made the evaluation much easier, more convenient, rapid and reliable. Using bolting index as morphological indicator and based upon bud appearance, bolting, and florescence as well, six grades for bolting investigation and five grades for bolting identification were established as a rapid identification method of late bolting. The results of seedling identification which took about 45 days for one cycle were consistent with those of a field test.
