摘要
无效治疗是指由于受到医学诊疗技术发展的限制,医护人员对惠有某些已知或未知病因疾病的患者所实施的无临床治疗意义的、或只能减轻患者痛苦,有限延长其生命的医疗措施。从经济伦理学的角度对无效治疗中的继续治疗和放弃治疗进行了探讨。
Because of the limits of the developments of the medical treatment technology, the doctors and the nurses take some medical treatments without any clinic treat effects, or just to relieve the pain for the patients and prolong their lives finitely. And that is the ineffective cure. This article carries out the discussion about the continual cure and relinquish cure in course of the ineffective cure from the view of the economic ethics.
