Quantitative evaluation of strain and strain rate imaging in normal subjects

摘要  目的 定量研究我国成年人心肌应变及应变率的正常值范围、心肌各节段之间的差异,以及 与年龄和性别的关系。方法 应用GEVivid7超声仪及Q analyze软件对50例健康者左右心室心肌各节 段进行应变和应变率定量分析。结果 左室基底段、中间段和心尖段的应变和应变率依次递减,基底段最 大,心尖段最小。左室基底段室间隔、前壁、后壁、下壁和侧壁的应变和应变率差异无显著性意义。右室中 间段的应变和应变率最大,右室基底段的应变大于左室,右室中间段和心尖段的应变和应变率测量值均明 显大于左室,性别和年龄对左右心室肌应变和应变率的影响不大。结论 应变或应变率成像能够定量分 析局部心肌的变形,为临床评价心功能提供了又一有效工具。 Objective To quantitatively evaluate strain and strain rate of left ventricle(LV) and right ventricle (RV), and their relationship with age and sex in normal subjects. Methods GE Vivid 7 equipment with M3S probe (1-3 MHz) and Q-analysis software were used. Fifty healthy subjects were enrolled in this study. Results LV longitudinal strain and strain rate were significantly decreasing from basal mid to apical segments. No significant difference was found between the septal, anterior, posterior, inferior and lateral wall in LV. RV longitudinal strain and strain rate were the highest in the mid part of the free wall. The strain in RV basal segment was higher than that of LV. The strain and strain rate in both RV mid and apical segments were larger than those of LV. Age and sex had little influence on the myocardial longitudinal deformation. Conclusions Strain and strain rate imaging can quantitatively assess myocardial deformation, providing another useful modality for evaluating cardiac function.
