摘要
以甘氨酸 (Gly)和氧化钙为原料 ,用微波固相化学法合成了甘氨酸钙螯合物。正交试验确定了最佳工艺条件 :Gly 7.5 0g( 10 0mmol) ,n(Gly)∶n(氧化钙 ) =1.0 0∶0 .70 ,研磨 2 0min ,辐射 1min ,研磨辐射 3次 ,产率 95 .1%。并用元素分析 ,IR ,TG DTA ,X 射线粉末衍射对螯合物进行了表征 ,确认其组成为 [Ca(Gly) 2 ]·H2 O。
The complex of bisglycinato calcium was synthesized from glycine and calcium oxide by solid phase reaction under microwave irradiation. The optimum technological conditions obtained by orthogonal experiments were that mole ratio of glycine to calcium oxide was l.00 ∶[KG-2]0.70, grinding time was 20min, irradiation time was 1min, times of grind and irradiation was 3. Under the optimum conditions the yield was 95.1%. Composition and structure of the complex were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG-DTA and X-ray powder diffraction. The composition was[Ca(Gly) 2]·H 2O.
