摘要
目的 以丁香酚为指标 ,考察咳喘巴布膏的体外透皮渗透情况。方法 通过改良Franz扩散池进行小鼠体外皮肤渗透实验。结果 哮喘巴布膏本身具有良好的透皮作用 ,加入 1.5 %氮酮作为透皮促进剂效果最佳。结论 哮喘巴布膏经皮渗透能在短时间内较快地达到一定药量 ,随后缓慢持久地释放药物。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the skin permeation of asthma adhesive plaster with eugenol as the target. METHOD Performing a test of permeation through the rat skin in vitro in an improved Franz diffusion cell. RESULTS Asthma adhesive plaster has favorable permeation and the best action with 1.5% AZONE. CONCLUSION Asthma Adhesive Plaster can permeate through the rat skin rapidly to a certain amount in a short time,then begins to release drug slowly and lastingly.
