摘要
提出在传统“四遥”的基础上,应用多媒体视频、音频技术及现有的电力通信网实现对无人值班变电所的远程视频监控、远程音频监听及变电站自动警戒的设想,从而实现了真正意义上的多媒体RTU。
This article introduces that it applies techniques of multimedia video frequency and audio frequency and corresponding network of electric power to realize remote video surveillance and audio surveillance for non-watching substation. It can realize substation of audio guard and IP telephone feature's function ,and so on. So multimedia RTU does really make sense.
